Come and do something to nurture yourself on Saturday afternoon! We work with the senses and make a mess and don't focus on 'getting things right'. This is for experimentation and imagination and curiosity and innocence.
My next workshop is 3-5pm on Saturday, 29th April, £30, St Josephs church hall, Dorking.
We live in a world which has conditioned us to disconnect from our authentic, creative selves. It is this creativity, however, which is the root of our abundance and wellbeing. I will hold a space for you to experiment.
