On a farm above Shere, I have a large studio space with electricity, water and parking in a beautiful hilltop setting.
One of a number of converted farm building units on Burrows Lea Farm, the shared space is about 4m x 11m with an individual walled space for another artist about 3 x 3m with personal and shared storage and extra workspace for projects or lessons.
I'm a sculptor, installation and print making artist with two kilns for glass making. There is a friendly community atmosphere here and other artists are amongst the current tenants. Would suit a painter, sculptor, ceramicist, or jeweller. As the site is mixed living and working units, the zoning regulations mean it's not possible to work on Sundays.
Rental fee £150/mo + electricity costs.
